Summer usually means vacations, and one place a lot of people go is the beach. So here are a few vintage illustrations of life on the beach back in the olden days. 'Under the boardwalk, down by the sea, on a blanket with my baby, is where I'll be' ...... That's the tune in my head! 🏖⛱🏄🌊 👙👣⚓🛥🏊🩱

July comes in with a bang. Independence Day. The day we of the USA celebrate our freedom as a nation. This is a day that should never be forgotten or be taken lightly. Also in July: school's out, it's hot, and it's time for vacations. Trips to the beach, baking in the sun. Going to the mountains, camping, staying out late and catching fireflies. 

Today's post marks the end of the wedding theme. I found a few treasures, as well as made the last illustration a blank stamp so that text can be added to personalize it. Hope you have enjoyed June's theme! For the first post in July, I will be doing something similar to last year in celebrating my birthday, so look for that post booming with extras.
